This is a great day to blaze a trail through the 127,000 acres of public land in Langlade County. Feeling really adventurous? You can take your snowshoes and make your own trail through Langlade County’s vast forests or follow some of the snowshoe trails at the Gartzke Flowage.
Snowshoeing gives you to opportunity to see winter up close and personal. For a special treat, pack a lunch from the supplies you picked up at the grocery store. Then enjoy the wildlife and scenery as you move silently through the northwoods own winter wonderland.
